Mark Rodway - Support & HR Director
Mark joined Towquest in the summer of 1992, after successfully completing a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance. Since then, he has been involved in many varied and interesting roles, which included a spell as a computer programmer. He was also responsible for developing the very first internal Support Call Logging system.
In recent years Mark has managed the successful and well respected Support Team, and he became Support Director in January 2008.
In addition to being a full time dad, Mark's interests include classic films, mountain biking and following Manchester United.
