Introduction

The order processing software is browser based and is designed to be used in two ways:

• As an intranet application for in-house use, or
• As an internet application for customers to order online.

The main features include:

• A powerful ad-hoc reporting tool which produces reports in spreadsheet format. Reports can be emailed to a recipient
• Emailing of orders, invoices, confirmations and other documents
• Additional features can include linking to an online payment process
• User controlled security access

The product types currently built in:

• Products bought and sold as units
• Personalised products where details of personalisation is required
• Products with size and colour combinations
• Vouchers
• For hires, booking by day and by time slot

The software is under development and new functionality is being constantly added.
