PRO-Lease Online

PRO-Lease Online is a browser-based intranet application containing a variety of modules that lend themselves to being developed as a web application.

All screens update the main PRO-Lease database ensuring that all data entered is instantly visible from within the core system.

Task Manager

Task Manager is a powerful tool for planning, recording and monitoring tasks. At its simplest level a user can create tasks that are recorded by task type e.g. meeting, phone call etc. Repeating tasks can be created automatically and escalated to a supervisor if not performed within defined time frames. At its more complex level it interfaces with the main Pro-Lease application, automatically generating tasks when certain functions have not happened when they should.

Ad-Hoc Reporting

Ad-Hoc Reporting is a tool that allows users to generate their own reports. The reports can be one-off or regularly run reports. They can also be scheduled to run at intervals. Reports are available in various categories: Fleet management, Disposals, Maintenance, Fleet demographics, Marketing, Vehicle ordering, Car rental, Purchase ledger, Sales ledger, VAT, P11D. All reports generated are in CSV format and can be emailed to a variety of personnel. Pre-defined reports can also be incorporated into the user list allowing all their reporting to be run from one place.
